COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl RJ15-N-B211/KCD2-E2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reneshaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pointek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Red-Lion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reneshaw such as the RGB25Y00R08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7ML15010AA10 manufactured by Pointek and we are pleased to be able to service most Pointek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMI04167 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand 83998 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as KAS8034A1PTFEMSY9 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 904463 made by Pepperl as well as the popular 42RLR4000 original spares produced by Photoswitch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MP75TX00 by Red-Lion and KAS8034A1PTFEMSY9 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR480FAU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pinnacle. |
