COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NJ20+U4+W-BHMS 3-N.C. parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Logic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pressure-Sensor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proportion-Air product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Logic such as the QL8X12B1PL68C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P25P03F2BP25P03F2B manufactured by Pressure-Sensor and we are pleased to be able to service most Pressure-Sensor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BB1MFEE060 by Manufacturer Proportion-Air as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Racal-dana-Instruments Brand 111540 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as 5610105090 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NJ2DE021025V1 made by Pepperl as well as the popular RayGPCM original spares produced by Raytek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R5T285L48300912SL22 by Pyromation and 5610105090 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 312096H04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revco. |
