COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NJ15+U4+W-BHMS3-N.0. parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0007903350004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML68H120RT5965a115136 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M40TET2412MV40TER2412 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ppt-Vision Brand ImpactA10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rohrback-Cosasco such as 60801000C7061001 equipment made by Rohrback-Cosasco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rohrback-Cosasco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rohrback-Cosasco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RKL2454100D made by Pepperl as well as the popular 21024 original spares produced by Potter--Brumfield Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5402AH1E53SPVBA by Rosemount and 60801000C7061001 spares by Rohrback-Cosasco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
