COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NCB2-12GM40-Z0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Qci product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pmc such as the 4100x84xxxE8708 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01666S manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QCIOPTMC24 by Manufacturer Qci as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Quipp Brand 22208338 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Power/mation such as 230CPU equipment made by Power/mation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power/mation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power/mation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UC3000U12IUE2R2 made by Pepperl as well as the popular LA28LASF1116 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UB80018GM40E5V1 by Pepperl and 230CPU spares by Power/mation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ2FE21025V1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
