COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NCB 1.5-8GM25-NO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perkin-Elmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rice-Lake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 2090PG1S22A1M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YD5010 manufactured by Perkin-Elmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Perkin-Elmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL35082N54K by Manufacturer Rice-Lake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Precise-Sensor-Inc Brand 911260000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rjg-Inc such as LSH14NPT3K equipment made by Rjg-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rjg-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rjg-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0205E2CAAA1N00 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 450228 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MG16OF1AUMODCCABLEE132276A by Pinnacle and LSH14NPT3K spares by Rjg-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL238H1000IR100A125 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
