COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NBN2-F581-160S6-E8-V1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Q-Phase products, including obsoleted and phased-out Posital-Fraba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Q-Phase such as the 3147AG00250000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACS0802CA01HE2PM manufactured by Posital-Fraba and we are pleased to be able to service most Posital-Fraba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42853 by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand RKO0101005030824230AE014211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Photoswitch such as 22DJ23000 equipment made by Photoswitch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Photoswitch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Photoswitch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NJ50FPA2P4 made by Pepperl as well as the popular VAN24DCK6 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5150093 by Perceptron and 22DJ23000 spares by Photoswitch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6610113SB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ppt-Vision. |
