COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl NBB15-30GM50-WO-V93 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Milltronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MS4424B2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 772055A manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 510343X4 by Manufacturer Milltronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moore Brand TPRG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Photocraft such as RHP240AJ830 equipment made by Photocraft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Photocraft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Photocraft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 61551128 made by Noshok as well as the popular ZNA4105 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHS0330URG01A01 by Mts and RHP240AJ830 spares by Photocraft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMF050M322NRAUEZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micromotion. |
