COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl MLV11-8-500/47/112 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the CSB011CSEENSEN1NNSNNFW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNS33STWAS manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KT5W2N1116D by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pinnacle Brand MG08OFAU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Piezotronics such as 112A21 equipment made by Piezotronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Piezotronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Piezotronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TG1A2B11A1ADA2E5M5Q4 made by Rosemount as well as the popular S20134 original spares produced by Senscient Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TL4333 by Sick and 112A21 spares by Piezotronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TG2A2B11A1ADA2E5M5Q4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
