COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl ML7-8-200/59/102/115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Precise-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix such as the 2814731 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 180708 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C12191 by Manufacturer Precise-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand CJ1030GMWO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Precision-Sensors-Divison such as D48W14 equipment made by Precision-Sensors-Divison have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Sensors-Divison products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Sensors-Divison" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAS8034A1PTFEMSY9 made by Rechner as well as the popular RL1250N5635kg original spares produced by Rice-Lake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UMP1010A by Revere and D48W14 spares by Precision-Sensors-Divison are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HPSMD315KG10P5R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revere. |
