COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl ML17-8-450/115B/120 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pyromation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pixelink parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Revere product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyromation such as the R1T185L483S4D0408SL8HN63 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLB742U manufactured by Pixelink and we are pleased to be able to service most Pixelink systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 363B1020020P1 by Manufacturer Revere as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phoenix Brand 2814728 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pinnacle such as MG120FAU equipment made by Pinnacle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pinnacle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pinnacle" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RHS21DP22000146CA144LDM5PS made by Renco as well as the popular 60195100T0 original spares produced by Revere Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DPL12GM6N1F1HFN11UN by Rocon-Llc and MG120FAU spares by Pinnacle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL60001250 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice-Lake. |
