COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl ML137B-418654 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Point-Grey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perkin-Elmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Poclain-Hydraulics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Point-Grey such as the FL3U313S2MCS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B0505501 manufactured by Perkin-Elmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Perkin-Elmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 332W4475 by Manufacturer Poclain-Hydraulics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand UB2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perle-Systems such as 27085628 equipment made by Perle-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perle-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perle-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEC257 made by Phd as well as the popular E50100 original spares produced by Pi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2731377 by Phoenix-Contact and 27085628 spares by Perle-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P42M0A2D1G1220S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pil. |
