COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl MHP-DR33Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rice-Lake products, including obsoleted and phased-out Regal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rice-Lake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rice-Lake such as the SB142500HB41162 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FS10S manufactured by Regal and we are pleased to be able to service most Regal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100165SB410KNC3 by Manufacturer Rice-Lake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robohand Brand OISP017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as KFU8UFCEX1D equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60200DC made by Ramsey as well as the popular S0600X0060Y0082Z01689173011 original spares produced by Perceptron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0080904002654 by Rosemount and KFU8UFCEX1D spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UC400030GMIUR2V15Y Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
