COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl KIT-SU16-GM01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Princo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pressco-Technology-Inc. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051CD2A22A1AS2M5K5Q4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L2610 manufactured by Princo and we are pleased to be able to service most Princo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OPTICALSENSORCOMPONENT by Manufacturer Pressco-Technology-Inc. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand NMB212GM80USFEV12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rieker such as LR209996 equipment made by Rieker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rieker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rieker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 56RFTRM30A made by Rockwell as well as the popular NJ1030GKSN original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Si0004040FN4030033SR010A by Reneshaw and LR209996 spares by Rieker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60276101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revere. |
