COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl KHD2-SR2-EX1.W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Precise-Sensors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racal-dana parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Riken-Keiki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Precise-Sensors such as the 11131000001G36106P10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 111478 manufactured by Racal-dana and we are pleased to be able to service most Racal-dana systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GDA816 by Manufacturer Riken-Keiki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rechner Brand KAS70A13A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Promess such as 83421 equipment made by Promess have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promess products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promess" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LS31SSH6S15 made by Pm-Mag-Ltd. as well as the popular 204044 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSO3612095022848299181 by Ritz and 83421 spares by Promess are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 34210004501C4SFA10L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Precise-Sensors. |
