COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl KFD2-SH-EX1 KFD2SHEX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Qmc-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the 419242 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9173008S0400X0075Y0102Z0215 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10BDCM31953 by Manufacturer Qmc-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Photocraft Brand RGA60024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ramsey such as USP125AS675 equipment made by Ramsey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ramsey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ramsey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHPTR2AL made by Pepperl as well as the popular PSG051 original spares produced by Pirani Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ1030GM50E2 by Pepperl and USP125AS675 spares by Ramsey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCV80F200B17V1D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
