COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl KFD2-SH-EX1 KFD2SHEX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rjg-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rittal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rjg-Inc such as the LSH14NPT3K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ15U4WBHMS3N0 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SZ41272101 by Manufacturer Rittal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renishaw Brand LIKEM15pnUNK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as SU19110115A126A equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CJ1030GMWO made by Pepperl as well as the popular 3051c original spares produced by Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UAS2031S by Rechner and SU19110115A126A spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 454458 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
