COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl KFD2-SH-EX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pyromation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prime-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyromation such as the R1T185L48301312SL8HN91 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R5T285L483014SL8PU4SC63CT manufactured by Prime-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Prime-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 454441 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand 454265 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rdp such as D600500A equipment made by Rdp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rdp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rdp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STX25V made by Rjg-Inc as well as the popular 418497 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IRHM1K by Pepperl and D600500A spares by Rdp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RayGPCM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek. |
