COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl K166004M_01 K16003M_01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rdp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pressroom-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 0115100110042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D600500A manufactured by Rdp and we are pleased to be able to service most Rdp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSM5 by Manufacturer Pressroom-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rice-Lake Brand RL20000SS10K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pulnix such as TM760 equipment made by Pulnix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulnix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulnix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P1000B made by Prime-Controls-Inc. as well as the popular SS9MS11A1A1A original spares produced by Safety-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT10101267100X001 by Rotork and TM760 spares by Pulnix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0116100110432 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
