COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl IVH-18GM-V1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Renishaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schmersal product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Renishaw such as the A9572100204 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A5131115A5D01 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BNS33STWAS by Manufacturer Schmersal as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 0183D22K2N00A060T20E5R01R05R06Q8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Scientific such as XLV31K5PA7B equipment made by Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLV410A1010 made by Sick as well as the popular RAYGPRSF original spares produced by Raytek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WTB4S3P2462V by Sick and XLV31K5PA7B spares by Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FGSS1200111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
