COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl IRH-12GM-V1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pinnacle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pressure-Sensor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the MPD1HD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG120FAU manufactured by Pinnacle and we are pleased to be able to service most Pinnacle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P25P03F2BP25P03F2B by Manufacturer Pressure-Sensor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rez-K--Hlach-Ag Brand DB1000DS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proximity such as CLS2W11RK1019 equipment made by Proximity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proximity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proximity" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ZRJ1024R made by Red-Lion as well as the popular TM7EX original spares produced by Pulnix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0444rl2u1a1 by Rosemount and CLS2W11RK1019 spares by Proximity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MG160F1AUMODC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pinnacle. |
