COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl GLV18-8-MKP-2519/25/30/33 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Roland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Portescap parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Roland such as the DSDIS75S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B1118050BR00 manufactured by Portescap and we are pleased to be able to service most Portescap systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ15U4WBHMS3N0 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand MPE4HD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reneshaw such as RGH24D15D00A equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LD90010E made by Psc as well as the popular Si0004040FN4030033SR010A original spares produced by Reneshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL35023N51K by Rice-Lake and RGH24D15D00A spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L2720115VAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Princo. |
