COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl FS-1-75 / PB2-008-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rdp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rdp such as the DCTH3000C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ30USWBHMSSP3 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ40FPWB1P4BHMSP3N by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PSENOP11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilot such as PCBASSY19X1078REVAK equipment made by Pilot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilot" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NJ2FD11875Y93290 made by Pepperl as well as the popular 91730225150095 original spares produced by Perceptron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MONITRACE1000 by Raychem and PCBASSY19X1078REVAK spares by Pilot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 39912 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pulsotronic. |
