COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl FB9249-PG0-0-0-0-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the HJ3F150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FRN040P11S4UX manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HFB3070WST1A1B by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Comark Brand HarrisCABCOM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as KP1200 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHD093C035PG1AA made by Rexroth as well as the popular FX45596013401 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M15514ICDQ by Control-Techniques and KP1200 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IN57311001DE00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
