COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl DK20-2497 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Princo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the Nbb20l2a2cv1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L3610 manufactured by Princo and we are pleased to be able to service most Princo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ15PDUS1250BHMS3 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ritz Brand KSO20242095022717799314 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rockwell such as 836ETD1EN9D4A equipment made by Rockwell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rockwell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rockwell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAS4030NM32PTFE made by Rechner as well as the popular 352A2 original spares produced by Robertshaw Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KHD2TA2Ex1 by Pepperl and 836ETD1EN9D4A spares by Rockwell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IQ310AFA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Revere. |
