COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl DK10-9.5/A/92/110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Precise parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the WT45R260 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5551000001G344FBE6024821 manufactured by Precise and we are pleased to be able to service most Precise systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LVLS1G3OE5V1NA by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 644HANAJ6FM5XAQ4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as TGSE30S01 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 105SN80274 made by Sensor/flow as well as the popular 4600 original spares produced by Scott Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E by Sick and TGSE30S01 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FJKMMG5LSF2L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek. |
