COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pyromation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Proportion-Air product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyromation such as the R5T285L48300912SL22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ15U4DW2100 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSY100 by Manufacturer Proportion-Air as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Precitec Brand AKYR30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reneshaw such as RGH25U30J00A equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 42853 made by Reliance as well as the popular SN11D1599 original spares produced by Prosonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S0600X0060Y0082Z01689173011 by Perceptron and RGH25U30J00A spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 120832 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
