COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pepperl 30-3011_A-500 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polytec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Safety product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 9110017 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IVS320 manufactured by Polytec and we are pleased to be able to service most Polytec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASM000561C by Manufacturer Safety as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 22802205462 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 60311603 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S0600X0108Y0147Z0310 made by Perceptron as well as the popular CTSM5160BQ0R0000 original spares produced by Qel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT801422 by Sick and 60311603 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RL20000SS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rice-Lake. |
