COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Penny & Giles SLS320/0450/C/66/10/N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Penny--Giles product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the MicroguardMG12OFAU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VAA2E3ALIM1PUJSV1 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLS3200450C6610N by Manufacturer Penny--Giles as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Princo Brand L3610 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as RL238H500RT4792 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NCB40FPWP4BHMS3NO made by Pepperl as well as the popular SPV2010 original spares produced by Preco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OBH15030GM90E02 by Pepperl and RL238H500RT4792 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9120010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Perceptron. |
