COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Penny & Giles SLS190/25/1K/L50/1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pinnacle product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the 132618 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ50FPWS3J94P1 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS240F20CESS24OF20CEL by Manufacturer Pinnacle as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perceptron Brand 9173007S0400X0041Y0056Z0115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renishaw such as LIKEM15pnUNK equipment made by Renishaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renishaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renishaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MLV128H250RT65B95128 made by Pepperl as well as the popular UC200030GM1UR2V15 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ30U4W4Y13196 by Pepperl and LIKEM15pnUNK spares by Renishaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 920HTCWITH920KITMDM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pyrotenax. |
