COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Penny & Giles HLP190/FS1/25/1K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ramsey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the W4BHMSP5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 21565 manufactured by Ramsey and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramsey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ28GM50E by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand NCB50FPE2CP3V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyromation such as K43U036009HP31 equipment made by Pyromation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyromation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyromation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UL1012P made by Pinnacle as well as the popular 904462 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NCN40FPWTP4V943109635 by Pepperl and K43U036009HP31 spares by Pyromation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KHD3ICD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
