COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Penguin Pumps P-3/4B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rossi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cmc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rossi such as the MR21100UP2D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPM664R1433 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTE3528340C9G by Manufacturer Cmc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand P18A1015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as MTC1506A1R2C1 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSK061C0600NNM1UP1NNNN made by Rexroth as well as the popular NZM3XR original spares produced by Moeller Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPM1901CSJ7G1R by Parker and MTC1506A1R2C1 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPSB330PMJ52DA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
