COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Peerless 845H-SJHZ24CNY1C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the 623A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82267555811 manufactured by Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5K677BB by Manufacturer Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carrier Brand 5SME39HGLX03S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stearns such as 807891720 equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6RA26256MV301A made by Siemens as well as the popular 4RN76 original spares produced by Dayton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5KH39QN9642BT by Ge and 807891720 spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5VF21STTDB4026ANX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
