COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Peerless 183-18-0814 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge-Tigear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peerless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Force-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge-Tigear such as the 17Q10R56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 183180278 manufactured by Peerless and we are pleased to be able to service most Peerless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 01X12A2SN01 by Manufacturer Force-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 16050863 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Electronic such as 11000891 equipment made by Tr-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11002318 made by Tr-Electronic as well as the popular 11034110 original spares produced by Swedrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1811802980 by Porter and 11000891 spares by Tr-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1421821 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motoman. |
