COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pci Interface PCI-3161 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pfg+ products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peerless parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Piezoelectric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pfg+ such as the LIA738 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1831802200 manufactured by Peerless and we are pleased to be able to service most Peerless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10053331 by Manufacturer Piezoelectric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand VT18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pic such as X13650308 equipment made by Pic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCRS1 made by Phoenix-Contact as well as the popular R11A original spares produced by Phd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ILPBBKDI8DO4PAC by Phoenix and X13650308 spares by Pic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VSC110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
