COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Logic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Logic such as the QL8X12BOPL68C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NMB212GM85USFEV12 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UB30018GM40E5V1 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand 120832 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reneshaw such as A1051001200 equipment made by Reneshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reneshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reneshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VHA made by Pmc as well as the popular HMT38A10FS original spares produced by Qualtech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KHD2SS1EX2 by Pepperl and A1051001200 spares by Reneshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 183441 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
