COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Payne Engineering 18EZ-4-450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 2711PB15C4D1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2700C12BBUEZZZ manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711K10C20L1 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 193X528ACG01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schweitzer such as 221F034256MHNB equipment made by Schweitzer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schweitzer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schweitzer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PT15C6D2 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 190025 original spares produced by Bentley-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 204EL005A by Air-Corporation and 221F034256MHNB spares by Schweitzer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 27BA030FXTH1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
