COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Samsung product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDA02AS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD1015B022MN manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPL7462 by Manufacturer Samsung as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sig Brand WDM30040801 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vexta such as RKD514HC equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10604001 made by Wer as well as the popular A8PU10ABFW01ABS original spares produced by Toyoda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6SE64402UD215AA1 by Siemens and RKD514HC spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP1511P6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unknown.
