COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Patt-filtration PCS-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pbc-Linear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NJ50FPW4P4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IBSIL24RBTPAC manufactured by Phoenix and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IPPN32G by Manufacturer Pbc-Linear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phd Brand GRM2SF285DCB00DDBLAAPS3E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perkin-Elmer such as PCR equipment made by Perkin-Elmer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perkin-Elmer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perkin-Elmer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JET30SS4P made by Plastec as well as the popular R11A6180DAG original spares produced by Phd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 475635 by Pilz and PCR spares by Perkin-Elmer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 629A31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pcb-Piezotronics. |
