COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Patlite LME/60MM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Precise-Sensors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Precise-Sensors such as the 4221B100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 94348 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KHD2TA2Ex1 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Peco Brand 326LXM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as MLV418H350RT5995136 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RAYGPC made by Raytek as well as the popular 7ML15010AA10 original spares produced by Pointek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ50FPWS3J94 by Pepperl and MLV418H350RT5995136 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R1T185L483012008H063 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pyromation.
