COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parvex LD825EJR2312-Z parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pitney-Bowes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pfaff-Silberblau product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phd such as the R13R670ADM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bouncing manufactured by Pitney-Bowes and we are pleased to be able to service most Pitney-Bowes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 63NG by Manufacturer Pfaff-Silberblau as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Photocraft Brand RGBQ48 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perretta such as ASE0075 equipment made by Perretta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perretta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perretta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PVM58N011AGR0BN1213 made by Pepperl as well as the popular 27084234 original spares produced by Perle-Systems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCRSLCUC400I by Phoenix and ASE0075 spares by Perretta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42LRC500042LTB5000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Photoswitch. |
