COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker smn0602z2f-kpsb parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Excello product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMGH09DCA6C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SIMATICT1435AndU55NAndU15T manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHV80A179Y8A0602 by Manufacturer Excello as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elwood-Gettys Brand S74DFB1F010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGM08AWPJ73 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD3936 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SGMG44A2AB original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SerialNS5135501 by Van-Der-Graaf and SGM08AWPJ73 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S77CE00F010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
