COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker VIX250AH-DRIVE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the VESWDM3554 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TVS2EMA16A1 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USAFED13YB21 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand TR330052US in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Perfection-Gear such as UC1815A equipment made by Perfection-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Perfection-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Perfection-Gear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TTB229333020M made by Inland as well as the popular TLA410MBJ32AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USASGM03YR21 by Yaskawa and UC1815A spares by Perfection-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V50D1S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove-Gear. |
