COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker SCPSD-060-14-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power/mation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBB20L3MUSC3V12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 230CPU manufactured by Power/mation and we are pleased to be able to service most Power/mation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NJ20U4A2T by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand NBN2F581100S4E8V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pyromation such as R5T285L48300912SL22 equipment made by Pyromation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pyromation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pyromation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MHPTE2AL made by Pepperl as well as the popular IAS1023SM22PTFE original spares produced by Rechner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 130626351 by Q-Phase and R5T285L48300912SL22 spares by Pyromation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3147AG00250000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Q-Phase. |
