COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker PV36-180A-BB2-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Physik-Instrument products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Physik-Instrument such as the M07 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IBSS5DSC manufactured by Phoenix and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM233AE by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Performance Brand 120P041830 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pfim-100-4-003 such as PFIM100 equipment made by Pfim-100-4-003 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pfim-100-4-003 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pfim-100-4-003" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DPT34L11C5 made by Peek as well as the popular 7122 original spares produced by Philips Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PV36180ABB2B by Parker and PFIM100 spares by Pfim-100-4-003 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2153290216 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl. |
