COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker PV22D-090AS-BB2V-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tcg057qv1ae-g10 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the YS2020DN503 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 27BA030FXTH3 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TCG057QV1AEG10 by Manufacturer Tcg057qv1ae-g10 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 0542021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Samsung such as CPL7210A equipment made by Samsung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Samsung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Samsung" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRUIR050505FD made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SI20P7E7 original spares produced by Samsung Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMD03C by Vexta and CPL7210A spares by Samsung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6SN11301AA110BA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
