COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker PV22D-090AS-BB2V-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Spg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the MGPM1240Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PY2B050C62S8P01 manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SRE02B75 by Manufacturer Spg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Velconic Brand VLNBT012P2VSXI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as USCFW090038T3848ESZ equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WFC40030CHT made by Tb as well as the popular ZL274058 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RR28M180TV by Robohand and USCFW090038T3848ESZ spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 950000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Terra. |
