COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker PS142-030-LH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MT308A1R1C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT40DXHSS256N128TGD4XSC14S5 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OTN203S1V33XU184TC by Manufacturer Us-Gearmotor-/-Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand MTBDP3330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P18G3880 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MTC1506A1R2C1 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular MTE3528297C original spares produced by Cmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM957R0010000 by Pacific-Scientific and P18G3880 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSI54RL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bodine. |
