COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker PS115-010-S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shimpo-nidec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ex-cell-o product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-eurodrive such as the SAF67R37DRS71S4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCM400E manufactured by Shimpo-nidec and we are pleased to be able to service most Shimpo-nidec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHV30Y8B by Manufacturer Ex-cell-o as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hytrol Brand R0015210R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as SBKQC71830ZB56 equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD18M6018564A made by Parvalux as well as the popular R25 original spares produced by Phase-a-matic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK63F180TC2 by Nord and SBKQC71830ZB56 spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R63DT90L4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
