COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker OS22B-DNL10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Samsung parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rotac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the T801115S31 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMR21P5PC3 manufactured by Samsung and we are pleased to be able to service most Samsung systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 662VOIL by Manufacturer Rotac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand 8536SAG12V81F4T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as ATV56D16N4 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Z634 made by Marathon as well as the popular UI215G original spares produced by Vexta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFD212FG2WD07 by Schneider and ATV56D16N4 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV11HU12M2E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
