COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Parker N0704FR-KPSB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Servo-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Genteq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Servo-Dynamics such as the MT3QZ437 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MOT06765 manufactured by Genteq and we are pleased to be able to service most Genteq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSMM040B0300NNM0CG0 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLB320PSK72AAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque-Systems such as MT3515135CG equipment made by Torque-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPLA320PMK74AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular MKDO71B061KPOKN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLB4520SPSJ24AA by Allen-Bradley and MT3515135CG spares by Torque-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPM891T2E906 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intek. |
